The Aardwolfs Ice Hockey Club is based in Christchurch in the South Island of New Zealand.
Our Home Ice is the Alpine Ice Sports Centre.
We play under the Canterbury Ice Hockey Association (CIHA) umbrella which is part of the New Zealand Ice Hockey Federation (NZIHF).
The NZIHF is affiliated to the International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF)

Our Club is run on a voluntary basis and it is controlled by a Club Committee made up of representatives from each of our teams.
We have a Club Captain, Secretary and Other Club Officers as required.
Each Team Runs as a separate Financial unit.
Our Club has a membership fee and our Club Committee runs events during the year using funds generated from our members and their friends.

We use Funds from our Sponsors to cover Playing Equipment, Ice Time for Practices and Team Ice time.

We run practices for all our members and any new players who are interested  in trying Ice Hockey as a sport.
Our philosophy is to support our sponsors when ever possible as we believe strongly that Sponsorship is a two way street.

We encourage all our members and their friends to be responsible participants in our many ice hockey and social events.
