Our Future and Goals for the Club!
The Aardwolfs Club Committee would like to put down some Goals and Plans for the Future of the
Aardwolfs Ice Hockey Club.
As with all Goals, they need to be Achievable and have a time frame attached.
This is a living document and is reviewed on a regular basis
From The Aardwolfs Ice Hockey Clubs Constitution:

Section 2: AIMS AND OBJECTIVES OF THE CLUB
The AIM of the AARDWOLFS ICE HOCKEY CLUB is to Promote and help organize Ice Hockey Teams under the AARDWOLFS EMBLEM.
The OBJECTIVE of the AARDWOLFS ICE HOCKEY CLUB is to: 

·         Encourage its members to participate in playing Ice Hockey.

·         Improve Ice Hockey skills on an Individual and Team basis.

·         Do this in a safe and controlled atmosphere.

Management All Teams to have a Manager and a Coach 2006-2007
Coaching To develop our website to include the practice drills we will be doing at practice and additional coaching resources to help players improve their individual and team skills 2006
Team Numbers Inline with SNC goals in the SNC Leagues
Enter an A Grade Contact Team in the Winter Competition		 2007
Travel NZ Wide  
  A Yearly Southern Migration to include Dunedin, Alexandra, Naseby and Queenstown Yearly
  A trip to the New rink to be established in Wellington the year after it opens 2007 ?
Masters South Island Masters Games
New Zealand Masters Games Dunedin
Have the Ancient and Arthritic Aardwolfs Compete		 2008
Tournaments An Aardwolfs Tournament to be held in Christchurch where invitations are sent to NZ and International Players to attend as individuals, the teams to compete to be a mixture of Aardwolfs and visitors
Grading during the tournament to end up with the last game between the best players.
Target: approx 100 players, 50 visitors		   2009
Travel International  
A Club Trip to Canada 2010
Travel A Masters trip to an Australian Competition  
Other The formation of other Sports Teams under the Aardwolfs Management Banner to grow the Brand of "Aardwolfs"
Aardwolfs Gear Increased use of Aardwolfs Branded Gear and Sportswear as an income generator for the club.
