Anyway, I now live in Calgary (the home of the Flames). It's just about 3 hour south of Edmonton (which is going to the Stanley Cup Final).

I work for a oil pipeline company in the Emergency Response Team. I do play hockey, but only at the outside rink at the park in Winter. I definitely miss playing in NZ with you guys. You guys have a great thing going there. To play in an organized league in Canada, it will cost you a lot more money and you don't know everybody (too many people playing!).

Anyway, I think I have a few months left here, and then will go travel in Europe for a while before re-locating on the East Coast of Canada.

If anyone from the group is heading up my way, please let me know and will go for some beers!
